We present here a video which is part of a partnership with the Wales Culture Alliance / Cynghrair Diwylliant Cymru, an umbrella organization set up during the COVID-19 lockdown. It’s a united voice of freelance artists and cultural organisations from across Wales working together to help form cultural strategy in the post pandemic cultural recovery. It has open membership and comprises 6 working groups exploring themes of Diversity & Equality, Economy, Education & Participation, Climate & Culture, Health and Collaboration. MODRON editors, Kristian Evans and Zoë Brigley, were members of the Climate & Culture Working Group (CCWG), and we are glad to be in partnership now.
Over the next few months, we will be releasing videos of speakers at the group. This month, we have Leila Mimack speaking about actors’ unions and work via Equity and Green New Deal. Leila is a stage and screen actor and climate campaigner.
