Lydia Harris has made her home in the Orkney island of Westray. She held a Scottish Book Trust New Writer’s Award in 2017. in 2019 her pamphlet A Small Space was placed first in the Paper Swans competition. Her first full collection Objects for Private Devotion, published by Pindrop in 2022, longlisted for the Highland Book Prizes is to be followed by a second, with Blue Diode next year.
